Ningbo Zhedong Precision Casting Co.,Ltd (Abbreviated as ZDPCC) is an export-oriented enterprise, specializing in producing engineering machinery parts that include excavator’s bucket teeth, adapters, undercarriage parts and wear-resistant parts. ZDPCC was founded in 1995 and covers an area of 50000 sq.m. with a building area of 30,000 sq.m.,ZDPCC has total 800 staffs, including 32 technical persons, 2 doctors, 12 senior engineers and 5 MBA masters among them. ZDPCC has the right to import and export with the total annual exporting capacity of 20000 tons of teeth, over 12000 sets of undercarriage parts and 10000 tons of other precision castings. Our products are exported mainly to USA, Europe, Australia and Canada etc, and we are the famous supplier of machinery parts in international engineering machinery industry.

　　In 1997, ZDPCC cooperated with “Tsinghua University” and founded the “Tsinghua University Material Engineering Research Institute” (TUMERI) in the company; the pupose of TUMERI establishment is to research and develop new wear-resistant materials and other potential excellent steels to produce excavator’s bucket teeth, adapters and wear plates of construction machinery etc. ZDPCC is the “National high & new Technology Enterprise” and has set up a post-doctor working station and an engineering and technology center of wear-resistant material. Up to now, ZDPCC has undertaken “National Science Project”, “National Torch Program” and so on, and many inventions have gained national patent.

　　The engineering center is equipped with the first-class Physical & Chemical testing facilities, such as Spectrometer imported from USA and Germany. Optical microscope, Hydraulic Universal Tensile Strength Machine, Low Temperature Impact Testing Instrument, Rockwell Hardness Tester and Material Abrasion Examination Machine. X-ray, MT& UT instrument, etc. Currently based on Quality Management System ISO9001(2000 version), the company is putting ERP, TS16949, ISO4000, ISO18000 in practice.
